I mainly started eating more intentionally as a way to put on more mass, as I was a vegetarian cross-country runner for a number of years. Through nutrition I've been able to get my bodyweight up from 146lbs (my skinniest at 6'1") to as high as 260lbs. Along the way I've enjoyed doing informal eating competitions from sushi buffets and speed eating wings, to chugging gallons of milk or even raw eggs.
